Bring your financial expertise home

Become a key member of our accounting team and provide financial data to help us build new homes.

You will ensure the integrity of our accounting system and reports. You will make the financial aspect of the building process simple and easy to understand.

You’ll want to join the Inland Team if you‘d like be fully engaged in a collaborative environment in which we all put our minds toward creating the greatest customer experience in the new home building space.

Are you…?

• …into accuracy and detail? Great — these two things are incredibly important. You will be one of our company’s key points of precision.
• …a designer of maximum efficiency and clarity? This will be especially helpful in constructing beautiful consistent data and reports.
• …a fan of accurate budgets? It’s a crucial part of building a new home.
• …pretty great at Excel? If so, that’s fantastic news. You’ll be off to a speedy start on week 1 of your new role.
• …afraid of using the telephone as a verbal communication device? Sometimes the best answer to a question is “no,” and this is one of those times. Talking on the phone is efficient, proactive and rapport building. Nodding your head enthusiastically to those 3 things mean you’d be a great fit.

Other Skills and Interests:

• Taking ownership of your work sans micromanagement. Knowing what you intend to accomplish each day, week and month (and getting it done).
• Desire to improve the status quo
• Affinity for algebra / the love of solving for x

• Auditing budgets and accounting data

Note:

Building Industry knowledge is not required. An accounting degree and experience is. We offer competitive pay with salary advancement opportunities. Pay will be based on skills and experience : )

Job Type: Full-time

Pay:

$55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
