Your home should be completely free from defects in materials and workmanship during the first year. If, however, any warranted items don’t meet Construction Quality Standards, we’ll do everything in our power to make it right.

In the (highly unlikely) event that your home develops a warranted structural defect, the Home Buyers Warranty will provide quick, comprehensive protection against qualified structural failures to the load-bearing systems of your home.
