Construction Manager

We’re looking for a new construction manager to build new homes with us.

_You’ll be joining a locally owned and operated company and collaborative team in which we all put our efforts toward serving our customers at higher and higher levels.

_We’re looking for someone who possesses the following:

Experience: 2 years experience in managing the construction of new homes.
Customer Service Focus: We want to continually drive our efforts to deliver ever higher levels of service to our customers. Delivering a well built home to a family making the biggest purchase of their life is something we take seriously. To us it’s fulfilling.
A desire to be outside and on the move: This isn’t a stationary office position. Your day will fly by fast because you’ll be moving, doing a lot, staying engaged.
Attention to detail + Focus on Quality: An inner drive to build the house right every time. Getting the big and little stuff expertly done.
Willingness to speak to people on the phone: We believe in getting things done with our trade partners in a respectful, effective and efficient way. Phone calls accomplish this and it’s a natural part of the homebuilding process.

Scheduling Skills: For scheduling a complex (construction) schedule every day

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: From $80,000.00 per year

Benefits:

Full benefits including 401k w/matching, PTO, insurance, etc.
Get your construction license (we’ll pay all of the costs). This is a big deal for you and is not offered by other builders.

Schedule:

Monday to Friday
