Your Advisor presents 2-3 plans that fit your lot and walks you through features, options, and the design process.
Our production and construction leadership walk your property in person to evaluate site conditions and determine lot viability.
Your Advisor walks you through our Lot Viability Report and discusses initial findings, site conditions, and what the next step involves.
If your lot is viable and you'd like to proceed, a non-refundable Lot Assessment Fee initiates the full lot evaluation and analysis.
We order a professional survey and arborist report. Our team evaluates your lot's conditions: existing structures, trees, grading, drainage, elevation, utilities, and how your selected plan fits the site.
We deliver a detailed assessment of your lot's conditions, preparation requirements, key considerations, and a project estimate with pricing, structural options, design estimates, and a summary of everything included.
Once you've reviewed all reports and your Project Estimate, your Advisor will schedule a contract signing appointment. After the contract is signed, your lot enters production.
